BODEGAS CRUZ CONDE (Jerez & Montilla Moriles)

 

 

La Barca de Triana Manzanilla- Made from 100% Palomino grapes. This dry white wine is a style of fino which comes from Sanlucar de Barrameda, where the greater humidity encourages the growth of the flor yeast, producing an even paler, drier sherry with a certain marine tang.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pino Viejo Oloroso-  Made from 100% Palomino grapes. Oloroso means “fragrant” in Spanish, which aptly describes this rich, amber-colored, full bodied sherry. Unlike fino, or manzanilla, it is aged without the layer of flor yeast, and is thus exposed to air.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cruz Conde Amontillado- Made from 100% Palomino grapes. This wine started life as a Fino, but was aged beyond the life span of the flor yeast. Oxidation produced the amber color and enhanced the aromas of hazelnuts.
