BODEGAS SANTO TOMAS (Baja California, Mexico)

Santo Tomas Sauvignon Blanc- Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Pale yellow in color. Typical fruity Sauvignon Blanc nose. Hints of citrus and tropical fruits on the palate.

Santo Tomas Tempranillo- Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes. Brick red color. Fruity nose typical of the Tempranillo grape. Smooth and velvety on the palate.

Santo Tomas Cabernet Sauvignon- Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes picked from the Santo Tomas Valley. Deep, dark color. Mature fruit aromas on the nose. Full-bodied and filled with fruit on the palate.

Santo Tomas Merlot- Made from 100% Merlot grapes picked from the Santo Tomas Valley. Aged for one year in French oak barrels. Ruby red color. Fruity nose with hints of chocolate. Medium bodied wine, well balanced, with a good finish.

Santo Tomas Barbera- Made from 100% Barbera grapes picked from the Santo Tomas Valley. Aged for one year in French oak barrels, and later for at least six months in the bottle before being released. A wine with great personality. Deep, dark color. Hints of hazelnuts and spices mixed with raspberry aromas. Full bodied wine with lots of potential for aging.
