CHATEAU CAMOU (Baja California, Mexico)

 

 

 

Flor de Guadalupe Blanc de Blancs-  Made from 80% Chenin Blanc, 15% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Chardonnay grapes. Aged for some time in French oak barrels. Straw yellow color. Intense and fresh aromas, with hints of tropical and citrus fruits. Good persistence on the palate with typical flavors of the Chenin Blanc grape.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Chateau Camou Gan Vino Blanco-  Made from 90% Sauvignon Blanc, 5 % Chenin Blanc, 5% Chardonnay grapes. Aged at least 12 months in French oak barrels. Yellow color. Subtle and fresh aromas that has hints of tropical and citrus fruits as well as mint. Good persistence on the palate with a fine wood presence and a nice finish.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Flor de Guadalupe Zinfandel-  Made from 80% Zinfandel, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5 % Cabernet Franc, 5% Merlot grapes. Aged in French oak barrels. Intense ruby red color. Floral aromas with mature fruit on the nose. Well- balanced with fruit and tannins and velvety texture on the palate.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Chateau Camou Gran DiVino-  Made from 60% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Fermentation is cut short using cold method, thus making this a sweet dessert wine. Later aged for at least 13 months in French oak barrels. Golden yellow bright color. Tropical fruit aromas. Great balance and excellent natural acidity. Aromatic persistence with a smooth finish.
